Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Adhere to all local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using specialized testing equipment.
- Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of work required and cost estimates.
- Ensure all work sites are cleaned up and organized after every job.
- Assist senior electricians with project planning and material preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of labor and materials used.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician License in California.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of electrical tools, meters, and diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
