Responsibilities
- Perform Electrical Installations: Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, answer questions regarding electrical services, and explain technical details to non-technical clients.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring all gear is in good working condition.
- Project Support: Assist senior electricians with larger commercial projects and on-site supervision.
Qualifications
- License & Certification: Valid Journeyman Electrician License or current Apprentice Card in the state of Tennessee.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using circuit testers, and understanding electrical schematics.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Availability: Flexible schedule available, including evenings and weekends.
