Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and building codes to ensure compliance
- Perform safety checks and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Identify electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit testing under supervision
- Document project progress and maintain accurate work records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and team meetings
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train motivated candidates
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain California Electrician Trainee certification (provided)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
