Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment maintenance tasks
- Conduct safety inspections and follow strict electrical safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic electrical schematics and blueprints
- Use diagnostic tools to identify electrical issues and assist in troubleshooting
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment
- Complete task documentation and daily progress reports
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to obtain required certifications through company training
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
