Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and fixture mounting under supervision
- Conduct preliminary electrical safety inspections and troubleshooting
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Learn and apply local electrical codes and regulations
- Document work progress and assist with inventory management
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Physical ability to work on ladders, in confined spaces, and outdoors
- Eagerness to learn and follow instructions from senior electricians
- Must pass background check and drug screening
