Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of electrical tools and work sites.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and prepare job sites.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality control standards.
- Help with basic wiring, cable pulling, and mounting of fixtures under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
