Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and local codes.
- Handle and organize electrical tools and materials efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the team and supervisors regarding project status.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while on-site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain a journeyman electrician license within a specified timeframe.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and heights.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
