Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Basic Wiring: Perform simple wiring tasks, including outlet installations, switch replacements, and lighting fixture setups.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by gathering materials, clearing debris, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Tool Management: Properly use and maintain hand and power tools, including multimeters, drills, and conduit benders.
- Reading Schematics: Learn to read basic blueprints and electrical diagrams under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
