Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and electrical codes
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect electrical components for hazards and malfunctions
- Perform troubleshooting and basic circuit testing
- Document work activities and maintain organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications (assisted by employer)
