Responsibilities
- Assist Journeymen: Support senior electricians with installations, maintenance, and repairs of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by gathering necessary materials, tools, and equipment before work begins.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, answering questions and providing updates on ongoing work.
- Inventory Management: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris; return unused materials to the warehouse.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Identify and assist in resolving common electrical issues under supervision.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
