Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks
- Prepare and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
- Document work progress and maintain accurate job records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong willingness to learn technical skills
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Tampa Bay
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
