Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and system failures efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and materials.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding project timelines and requirements.
- Assist in the inspection of electrical systems to identify potential hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent state certification (Apprenticeship considered with significant experience).
- Current Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, wiring, and circuitry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
