Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential and commercial systems.
- Install, connect, test, and inspect electrical systems, fixtures, and control equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the project management team to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (State of Texas).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in electrical work.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and wiring methods.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and blueprints.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
