Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license in the state of Florida
- Proven experience as an electrician (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of electrical systems and codes (NEC, NFPA)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working in various positions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
