Responsibilities
- Install and maintain: Perform new electrical installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Compliance: Adhere to all local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of work performed and ensuring satisfaction.
- Tools & Equipment: Utilize company-provided tools and maintain personal tools in excellent condition.
- Documentation: Accurately complete work orders and time sheets for billing and project tracking.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of electrical blueprints, circuit diagrams, and power distribution systems.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation.
