Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Diagnose and resolve pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture issues
- Perform water heater and boiler maintenance/repairs
- Ensure compliance with NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services on rotating weekends
- Conduct plumbing system inspections for home buyers
- Maintain accurate service logs and customer documentation
Qualifications
- NYS Plumbing License (Plumber or Journeyman required)
- Minimum 3 years residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair techniques
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer communication skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
