- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance for commercial properties
- Provide accurate cost estimates and maintain detailed service records
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience in residential or commercial settings
- Valid New York State Plumbing License required
