Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide efficient solutions
- Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication and professional conduct
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and complete projects efficiently
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate client records
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials for jobs
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana plumbing license or ability to obtain immediately
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial plumbing issues
- Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
