Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide cost-effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform emergency plumbing services during evenings and weekends as scheduled
- Manage inventory and order necessary parts/materials for job completion
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts plumbing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and local building codes
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety standards
- Physical stamina to handle confined spaces, heavy lifting, and outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
