Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide effective solutions
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repair, fixture installation, and water heater maintenance
- Adhere to Illinois plumbing codes, safety protocols, and OSHA standards
- Prepare detailed work estimates and service reports for clients
- Collaborate with team members on larger renovation projects
- Maintain clean work areas and manage inventory of plumbing materials
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois plumbing license (Plumber or Apprentice)
- Minimum 2 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Proficiency with pipefitting tools, drain snakes, and trenchless technology
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Customer-focused communication and professional demeanor
- Physical stamina for lifting, confined spaces, and outdoor work
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
