- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication of solutions
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and California plumbing codes
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36 classification)
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting techniques
- Strong knowledge of water conservation systems and green plumbing
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and emergency calls
