Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and backflow prevention devices
- Perform pipefitting, drainage system repairs, and fixture replacements
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed repair estimates to customers
- Adhere to all safety protocols and local plumbing codes (IPC/UPC)
- Maintain clean job sites and professional customer communication
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana Plumber's License required
- Proficiency in drain cleaning, pipe repair, and fixture installation
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs daily
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
