Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems/fixtures in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency repairs, pipe replacements, and fixture installations
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future failures
- Ensure all work complies with NYC plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide expert consultation to clients on system upgrades
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management
Qualifications
- Valid New York State plumbing license
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and lifting 50+ lbs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
