Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide cost-effective solutions
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe inspection, and emergency plumbing services
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Interact professionally with clients, explaining repairs and providing accurate estimates
- Maintain clean work areas and company vehicle after each service call
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain digital job records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience or equivalent technical training
- Valid Indiana plumbing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and repair techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various environments
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Background check and drug test required
