Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and system optimization
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for complex installations
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide clear communication and detailed service reports to clients

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong diagnostic skills for residential and commercial systems
- Proficient in trenchless repair techniques and water heater installation
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and essential hand/power tools
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
