Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, fixture installations, and water heater services
- Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Provide clear communication with clients regarding service scope and timelines
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects and emergency calls
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumbing License (C-36) required
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection technology
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
