Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve pipe leaks, clogs, fixture malfunctions, and water heater issues
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate system implementation
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout projects
- Manage inventory of tools and materials for efficient job completion
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (Class C or equivalent)
- Proficiency in pipefitting, soldering, and drain cleaning techniques

- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
