Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Install new plumbing components per code requirements and blueprints
- Respond to emergency service calls within 2-hour SLA
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections for residential clients
- Accurately complete service reports and invoicing via mobile app
- Maintain clean work areas and proper tool maintenance
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years residential plumbing experience required
- Valid Colorado plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Strong diagnostic skills for water/sewer line issues
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent customer service with conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screening required
