Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Repair: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations.
- System Installation: Install and maintain piping systems, water heaters, and drainage units according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explain technical issues in plain language, and provide transparent cost estimates.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize hand and power tools, ensuring they are clean and in proper working order before and after each job.
- Documentation: Complete accurate job tickets and paperwork to ensure proper billing and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings; strong knowledge of pipefitting and soldering.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and available for part-time shifts, including some weekends or evenings.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
