Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection and fixture installation.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
- Clear clogs and maintain sewer and drain lines to ensure proper flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical repairs clearly and professionally.
- Adhere strictly to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tool inventory at all times.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize service calls effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License required (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
