Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Perform pipefitting, fixture repairs, and water heater installations
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes (MI Plumbing Code 2021)
- Manage inventory and maintain clean work environments
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- Valid Michigan Plumber's License (Journeyman level)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug test required
