Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and water heaters
- Install plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems per code requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections for commercial clients
- Accurately document service reports and maintain inventory of parts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and local building codes
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on system maintenance
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience (residential/commercial)
- Valid Texas plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
- Availability to work weekends and emergency calls
