Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance with precision and efficiency.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using blueprints, diagnostic tools, and your expert judgment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with local El Paso codes and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles and tools to ensure readiness for the job.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including job sites and service vans.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices when needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas State Plumber License or Journeyman certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, drain cleaning, water heaters, and basic electrical knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
