Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, maintain, and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drainage systems.
- Provide accurate written and verbal estimates to customers and obtain necessary approvals.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations while on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Plumbing License or Journeyman Certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, drainage systems, and water supply lines.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites within the Fort Worth area.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
