Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform diagnostic inspections and troubleshoot plumbing issues using specialized tools
- Collaborate with team leads on residential service calls and small commercial projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes in all installations and repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional demeanor
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate job documentation
- Assist in emergency plumbing situations during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 6 months
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools (training provided)
