Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan projects accurately.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide accurate estimates for services.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and drainage systems.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
