Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures, with speed and precision.
- Install and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and appliances according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system integrity and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and building codes to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication, accurate quoting, and maintaining a clean work area.
- Collaborate with the full-time crew to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required for the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
