Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts in residential and commercial properties.
- Install and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, and piping systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding pricing and job progress.
- Ensure all work complies with local California plumbing codes.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Apprentice Plumbing License (C-61).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, soldering, and threading.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
