Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and backflow prevention devices
- Perform pipe fitting, trenchless repairs, and sewer line inspections
- Provide accurate cost estimates and complete detailed service reports
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes (IPC/UPC standards)
- Respond to emergency service calls with 24/7 rotation availability
- Maintain inventory of tools and parts for service vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license or journeyman certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Own basic hand tools (company provides specialized equipment)
- CPR certification preferred
