Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, fixtures)
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and pipe networks
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 availability rotation
- Inspect plumbing systems for code compliance and safety hazards
- Estimate project costs and provide detailed reports to clients
- Collaborate with team members on complex commercial projects
- Maintain clean work sites and proper tool inventory
Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing experience with valid NC license
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and camera inspections
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- OSHA certification preferred
