Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, sump pumps, and backflow prevention devices
- Perform drain cleaning and hydro-jetting services for commercial properties
- Conduct pipe inspections using video camera technology and provide detailed reports
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects and emergency calls
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of tools/materials
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience with valid Tennessee state license
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and diagnostic techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair methods preferred
- Plumbing certification or technical degree preferred
