Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection and fixture installation.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using state-of-the-art tools and techniques.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and costs.
- Ensure all work areas are cleaned up thoroughly after every job.
- Maintain accurate records of parts used and work performed.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid and current North Carolina Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of copper piping, PEX, and drainage systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
