Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve residential/commercial plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, pipes, and drainage systems
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections for residential properties
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes (California Title 24)
- Provide accurate cost estimates and detailed service reports
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing experience with valid California C-12 license
- Knowledge of trenchless pipe rehabilitation methods
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools (pipe cameras, pressure testers)
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
