Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing repairs and installations (faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.)
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Provide clear estimates and communicate solutions to homeowners
- Maintain clean work sites and proper tool inventory
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Complete service reports and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient scheduling
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license or apprentice certification
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for 20-30 hours weekly (weekday mornings preferred)
