Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections for water heaters, pipes, and drainage systems
- Collaborate with team members on complex commercial plumbing projects
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of tools/materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and transparent communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience with valid California C-12 license
- Strong diagnostic skills in residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Proficient in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer communication and time management skills
