Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and drainage systems
- Install and repair pipes, valves, fittings, and water treatment equipment
- Provide accurate estimates and transparent communication to homeowners
- Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient scheduling and route optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumber's License required
