Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing repairs under supervision (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements)
- Assist with installations of water heaters, sinks, toilets, and piping systems
- Conduct preliminary plumbing inspections and diagnostic assessments
- Maintain clean work areas and properly use/plumbing tools/equipment
- Follow safety protocols and comply with local plumbing codes
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members
- Complete job documentation and service reports accurately
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings for emergency calls
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
