Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including material handling, site prep, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on residential/commercial projects
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accuracy
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and machinery
- Assist in scaffolding setup and temporary structure assembly
- Document daily progress and material usage for project tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience or relevant trade certification
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction machinery
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
