Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide cost-effective solutions
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and fixture replacements with precision
- Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs clearly and addressing client concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper tool maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumber's License (required)
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and emergency calls
