Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations/repairs
- Learn pipefitting, fixture repair, and drain clearing techniques
- Perform safety inspections and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and follow plumbing codes/regulations
- Use diagnostic tools for leak detection and system troubleshooting
- Master plumbing tools and equipment under supervision
- Document service reports and maintain inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to attend evening apprenticeship classes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Drug-free and background check compliant
- Must pass physical capability assessment
